Our 12 noon luncheon for Wednesday, September 29th will be held at
Italiano’s restaurant, 4801 North Lincoln in OKC. This will be our
final week to interview Republican candidates for office. Invited to
speak this week will be Josh Cockroft, running for Shane’s Jett’s old
seat, Tom Newell, candidate for the ultra liberal Ryan Kiesel’s seat
which is an open seat. Also invited are Tommy Hardin from HD 49,
Jadine Nollan of HD 66 and Molly McKay from the Tulsa area House
District 78 seat.

retired citizen’s watchdog has filed another lawsuit, this time
claiming various boards and commissions are violating the State
Constitution. He claims that by collecting various taxes or fees and
then sending a part of these collected revenues to the general fund is
illegal. In his petition, Fent points out that the Constitution
requires revenues collected for a certain purpose, must be spent for
that purpose and not some other use.

This part of our Constitution has been violated for the past 80 years.
In the media, Jerry has criticized past Attorney Generals and the many
lawyers in the legislature who have allowed such a clearly
understandable part of our Constitution to be violated for such a long
time. Every time Jerry wins one of these cases it brings a little more
accountability to lawmakers and bureaucrats. The hearing with oral
arguments starts at 9:00 a.m. in the State Supreme Court chambers and
is open to the public. Hats off to Jerry Fent, truly a great

exit in Moore. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., there is no charge
to attend.

Brigitte is a leading expert on global Islamic terrorism, a New York
Times Best Selling Author, frequent consultant for Fox News, CNN, ABC
News, CBS News and MSNBC. She has also been named one of America’s 50
most prominent speakers.

Brigitte grew up in Lebanon as a Christian and saw first hand what
happens when the balance of power is tipped towards Islam. Lebanon was
once called the “Paris of the Mediterranean” and a major tourist

* TUESDAY EVENING (October 5th) - TULSA AREA - Brigitte Gabriel
will give the same talk in the Tulsa area at Immanuel Baptist Church
of Skiatook. The location is 625 South Broadway, Skiatook. This
meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

It is so very important to educate yourselves as well as your friends
and neighbors on the growing threat of Islam in America. Islam already
has a significant foot hold in America, with its most dedicated
followers working with an unquenchable zeal to gain control over our
nation. I can’t tell you just how many sleepy, lazy and naïve American
citizens, thoroughly infected with excessive tolerance,
multiculturalism and political correctness, that I have encountered
over the past 2 months that are apologists for Muslims and Islam. Not
only are these people very foolish in their naiveté, they have no real
historical knowledge of the evils of the religion of Islam, a religion
of compulsion and violence. Please make every effort to attend and
bring a friend.

* SATURDAY, (October 9th) - CENTRAL OKLAHOMA - I mentioned this
in last week’s e-mail that for only the second time in the 53 year
history of the John Birch Society, they will be having a Council
Dinner in the OKC area. It will actually be held at the new Embassy
Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Norman. Tickets are $65 per
person. A reception begins at 6:00 p.m. and the Council Dinner begins
at 7:00 p.m.

The three speakers will be author James Perloff, Idaho State Senator
Monty Pearce and the Birch Society CEO, Mr. Art Thompson. You may
purchase tickets from Mitchell Shaw by phone at (972) 859-9435 or log
on to www.shopJBS.org. In addition, I have tickets available at the
OCPAC meeting. There is also a daytime seminar which begins at 11:00
a.m. Speakers will be State Senator Randy Brogdon, Birch Society
President John McManus, Pastors Paul Blair and Dan Fisher. Also
speaking will be State Representative Mike Ritze. The cost to attend
this seminar which also includes lunch is $40 per person.

About 10 days ago, an article in the Oklahoman revealed the most
recent statistics regarding voter registration in Oklahoma. The
article stated that since January 15th of this year, 24,993 people
have registered to vote. Of those, Republicans gained the most with
18,548, independents saw 8,161 new registrants and the Democrats LOST
1,716 registered voters.

I would suggest the drop in the numbers for the Democrats are two
fold. First, perhaps as many as 3 out of every 4 people who pass away
in Oklahoma are registered as Democrats. Second, many of the living
Democrats are switching to the Republican party.

I was recently kidding with one of my customers and employees and
found out one of the employees emphatically stated she had voted for
John McCain though she was a registered Democrat. I asked this young
college age lady why she was a Democrat and her response amused me,
though it was exceedingly accurate. She said, “because I am young and
stupid.” There is a secular proverb which goes something like this: If
at the age of 18 you are not a liberal, you have no heart, but if by
the age of 30 you are not a conservative, you have no brain! She told
me to bring her a registration form and she would make the switch.
Some people gain knowledge and wisdom quickly.

Of course, just having an “R” by ones name is not enough. We as a
people must gain an understanding of the principles of our founding
fathers and summon the courage to stand by those great principles. We
really need to press into learning ever more about our history and
sound economic principles. I continually meet people who are attending
meetings and are reading about our heritage. These efforts must
continue and must increase.

A lengthy article in a recent edition of the Journal Record paper by
M. Scott Carter suggested that in any other state, Brittany Novotny
would be considered a moderate Republican. I really wonder what Mr.
Carter bases that perspective on, as he gave little information as to
what would cause him to have that belief?

A reporter with CNN was in town a few weeks back, interviewing
Representative Sally Kern, Brittany Novotny, and pastor Paul Blair. In
addition they interviewed the Hollywood actor voice over artist who
sponsored a recent fundraiser for Novotny at his West Hollywood home.
CNN recently ran the story which can be viewed at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?=ZCIYeeudaSc . In the piece, the actor
suggested it was foolish to believe there was an organized effort by
the homosexual community to take out conservative lawmakers such as
Kern, but if there were such an effort, he would probably join it.

Whether or not he knows of such an effort, he is already involved. If
he has any intellectual honesty, he can read the book: AFTER THE BALL,
by authors Marshall Kirk and Erastus Pill. Then if he will check out
articles about Colorado millionaire Tim Gill and his other millionaire
buddies (I presume they are all homosexuals) he will then see there is
a well organized and well funded homosexual agenda, with several
objectives and strategies.

One of the themes in the Journal Record article and the CNN interview
with Brittany is his desire to discuss issues, other than his sex
change operation. Therefore, I began to wonder if Brittany was nearly
as conservative as Mr. Carter suggests? If not, is Carter confused as
to what a conservative happens to be? If on the other hand, Brittany
is a conservative, is he confused? After all, if he is a conservative,
why is he a member of the liberal Democrat Party?

Because of all of this confusion, I decided to invite Brittany to
speak and take questions at a future OCPAC meeting. Since we already
know about the moral and character issue, I indicated we would set off
limits his operation and keep the time to talking about other issues.
Our interview process is always about the discovery of a candidate’s
level of ideological development, worldview, communication skills,
passion and speaking ability.

Through the many years of OCPAC‘s existance, we have had many speakers
appear in which we may not agree or would not support, but we have
always been interested in their perspectives as we truly believe in
free speech. In fact our reputation is that we are tough but not mean
and our motto is: Conservatives and Constitutionalists we love and
liberals we enjoy. Hopefully Brittany will decide to attend. If he
wants to talk about issues, we will do that and the press can cover
the meeting if they choose. In the end, I suspect we will find out if
Brittany is a conservative or a liberal and as such who suffers the
most from confusion, Brittany or Mr. Carter with the Journal Record.

I look forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday.

Our 12 noon luncheon for Wednesday, September 22nd will be held at
Italiano’s restaurant, 4801 North Lincoln in OKC. The following
candidates have been invited for this week’s meeting. John Husted,
Dist 32 in Lincoln County, Roger Mattox, Poteau, John Bennett Dist 2,
Dwyane Thompson, Dist 4, Domique Block, OKC, Randall Reese, Dist 72
and Dennis Casey, Dist 35. Also, Wid and Izzy Lyman sent another case
of the publication THE SOCIAL CONTRACT with the edition titled:
POVERTY LAW CENTER. I have also received the books by Bill Federer
about how excessive tolerance has backfired on Christians and his very
good book about the history of Islam. All of those publications will
be available at our meeting.

* TUESDAY - TULSA AREA - The Tulsa Republican Assembly will have
their monthly meeting this Tuesday evening, at the Golden Corral, 71st
street and Mingo with the dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the
meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. The program will include candidates for
District Judge, Republican Senate candidate Kim David and House
candidates, Glen Mulready, Randall Reese and Molly McKay. Questions
will be taken from the audience.

Society will hold their National Council Dinner at the Embassy Suites
Hotel and Convention Center in Norman Oklahoma on Saturday evening
October 9th. A reception begins at 6:00 and the Council Dinner begins
at 7:00 p.m. The Society holds 3 council dinners each year and this
will be only the second time a council dinner has been held in
Oklahoma in the 53 year history of the Society. There are usually
several hundred attend these council dinners, many will be from out of
state. It is always great to meet and get to know other American
patriots from other parts of these United States.

The event is semi-formal or business attire. The Council Dinner will
feature 3 speakers. Idaho State Senator Monty Pearce’s talk is
of the Birch Society will talk on OBAMACARE - WHAT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO
DO WITH MEDICAL CARE. The keynote speaker will be Mr. James Perloff,
author of one of the top 10 most important books a person should ever
read. The thoroughly documented book is titled: THE SHADOWS OF POWER.
Mr. Perloff demonstrates that global political affairs, especially
U.S. foreign policy, are largely dictated by members of a wealthy
establishment. Their goal is a world government -- a tyranny
predicated on destroying our Constitutional rights -- but their agenda
remains concealed through their control of the major media.

In addition to but separate from the Council Dinner, there will be a
daytime seminar which will begin at 11:00 a.m. The first speaker will
be Oklahoma State Senator Randy Brogdon, his topic will be Protecting
State Sovereignty. Lunch will be served at 12 noon, then at 1:00 p.m.
the next speaker will be the Birch Society President John McManus,
speaking about the reason and method to get THESE Unites States out of
THE United Nations. At 2:00 p.m., Edmond pastor Paul Blair will speak
about the role of pastors in the freedom fight. Oklahoma State
Representative and medical doctor, Mike Ritze will speak at 3:00 p.m.
about the pitfalls of Obamacare from a doctor’s perspective and a
common sense 6-step solution. The final speaker at 4:00 p.m. will be
Yukon pastor Dan Fisher, talking about the efforts to silence
Christianity in America

The council dinners are always held at top end facilities, so the cost
is a little higher than many events, but still less than many
organizational fundraisers which are held at places such as the
Western Heritage Center. The tickets are $65 per person for the
Reception and Council Dinner, and the daytime seminar is $40 per
person which also includes the lunch. People can attend one or the
other, or both and if the latter, there is a $6 savings as the cost to
attend both is $99. I will have tickets available at the OCPAC
meetings, or you can send a check or money order to Mitchell Shaw,
1620 San Carlos Dr., Van Alstyne Tx 754495. For more information call
Mitchell at (972) 859-9435. Tickets can also be acquired on line with
credit card at www.ShopJBS.org .

My comments in the OCPAC e-mail two weeks ago about Sally Kern’s
opponent Brittany Novotny going to Hollywood for a fund raiser has
created up a small dust up in the media. The comments about Brittany’s
operation to make him have female appearances with the outcome
producing a “confused it” turns out to be the opportunity Brittany was
waiting for to place him in the limelight as a victim.

Of course Brittany is trying to triangulate by “claiming” his only
interests are issues like education, roads, blah blah blah. Brittany
moved into the district about a year ago and if you believe that
Brittany’s agenda is anything other than advancing a radical
homosexual agenda and especially defeating a Godly woman who stands
for social conservatism, then you are an easy mark. You would be a
candidate for the purchase of 1 cubic foot of water out of my pond for
an exorbitant price with the hopes of finding a miracle cure for
poverty by seeing some message in the bottom of a bucket after the
water evaporates!

The results of my comments have been 2 TV interviews, a lengthy
article in the Oklahoman, a hit from a Christian critic on the
editorial page of the Oklahoman, comments in the chicken fried news
section of the Oklahoma Gazette (pronounce it the Gay - Zette) as well
as numerous conversations around the water cooler and who knows what

I also lost an account I had been servicing for 15 or so years, as my
customer simply told me that after reading the article in the
Oklahoman that I shouldn’t say things like that. She said she was a
liberal and I was a conservative so we needed to part ways even though
she told me “you are a good man Charlie, but…”. My response to her was
that I had been talking about Religion for the 36 years I have been in
business and over the past 28 years I have added politics to the mix
(in the past I have talked with her about the Lord and got her to read
the Davy Crockett story as well as the book The Law) and in that all
that time, I had lost 7 or 8 accounts. Therefore, I was not offended
and as far as I was concerned we would part ways on a friendly basis.

I only bother with this little insight to urge people to realize, the
loss of a little income in an attempt to restore this nation which is
spiraling out of its former greatness toward the ash heap of history
is a small price to pay, when compared to our Founders. They pledged
their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor when they signed
the Declaration of Independence. Most of them lost their fortunes,
some of them lost their lives or the lives of their family members,
but they didn’t lose their sacred honor and they gave us a start of
what became the greatest nation on the earth.

Folks, immorality, political correctness, liberalism, socialism and
etc. must be engaged in the public square at the risk of some loss. If
you are a Christian, hopefully you have learned that God is your
source, and you must trust Him for your sustenance. To the Christian
critic in the Oklahoman, he must realize that God doesn’t compromise
with the kind of perversion that Brittany has perpetrated upon
himself. Speaking truth with the hope that Brittany will realize his
rebellion and repent so he can have a righteous relationship with God
through Jesus Christ is actually love. Remaining silent or telling
Brittany his actions are just fine is NOT love but the actions of an

The largest response toward me so far is huge support and especially
appreciation for the fact that I did not back down. Many people have
said thanks for not apologizing. Going forward, with God’s grace, I
will keep speaking truth in love in my rather plain spoken manner.
Every time people hear truth they either reject it or accept it. Truth
either sets people free or it will judge them on judgment day. What
people do with truth is up to them. As I said, I believe Christians
should become less tolerant of what is wrong. Tolerance used to mean,
putting up with something you disagree with. Today, the meaning has
been changed to accepting and allowing virtually anything. Sorry, I
just have to agree with God’s Word which proclaims, woe to the man
that calls good evil and evil good.

I am frequently asked if OCPAC has branches outside of central
Oklahoma, especially by folks in Tulsa and sometimes by people out of
state. My answer is no but if someone wants to catch a vision and
start something similar please do so. When I attended the Birch
Society’s 50 anniversary 3 years ago in Appleton Wisconsin, I had a
late night meeting with a young couple very interested in what we do
at OCPAC. With Clark Curry spending some time in Appleton most every
week, they have started the Fox Valley Conservative Forum, which meets
each Tuesday for lunch. In only 3 months or so, they have had as many
as 35 or 40 people attending their meetings which is much faster
growth than we experienced in the formative years at OCPAC.

They have had many candidates come to their meetings including the 3
candidates for the local Congressional seat. Last Tuesday, the most
conservative of the 3 won the primary and is likely to unseat the
liberal freshman Democrat who upset the previous Republican. While we
sent our by-laws, membership form and survey to them for their use,
they will obviously have to adapt their organization and methods to
their local leadership and talents of their members. We wish them

I have also sent similar information to a group in Oregon. I am
looking forward to hearing about how they are progressing. This past
Thursday, I met up with Howard Houchen and went with him to Paris
Texas to tape 2 TV programs. One was about OCPAC and our efforts here.
Hopefully that program will spark an interest in someone in Texas to
start something similar in their area.

Good Americans, patriotic Americans must get engaged. It is no longer
sufficient to just vote. We must re-discover the principles which made
this nation great. We must understand the importance of Christian
values, free enterprise and desire liberty in our hearts. We must
persuade, our families, friends and neighbors of the superiority of
those virtues over the slavery of central planning fascism and
socialism. We must increase our priorities toward these efforts, or
the consequences will be far more painful in the future.

In 2009 we set an all time record for dues paying members at 217 for
the year, besting the previous year at 203 dues paying members. Going
into 2010, I thought we would set a new record, but I just didn’t know
if it would be close. So far, we are now at 278 dues paying members
for 2010, clearly setting a new record. We will wrap up our interview
process over the next 2 Wednesdays and then on October 6th our dues
paying members as of September 22nd and present at our meeting, will
vote to determine which House candidates we have interviewed will
receive funds from OCPAC. Following that meeting our finance committee
will determine the amount we will give to the endorsed candidates and
get those funds to them immediately so they will have time to wisely
use our contributions.

If you have not joined OCPAC as yet, now is the time to make a
difference for this election cycle. Again, no one at OCPAC is paid a
salary, so there is very little overhead. Almost everything we raise
goes into the campaigns of the most conservative candidates we have
interviewed. Please consider joining now by printing out the form
below and sending your check or money order to the OCPAC mailing
address. We have members from the panhandle to Broken Bow and from the
Northeast to Lawton, people who may seldom if ever be able to attend a
meeting. However, they understand we are supporting candidates all
over the state. Candidates, that if elected will make decisions that
effect the lives of every Oklahoman regardless of where they live.

I look forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday

* THURSDAY MORNING - OKC AREA - Special notice, after the Summer
break, the Business and Professional Chapter of the John Birch Society
will start their monthly meetings up again, with one change. The
meetings will now be on the 3rd Thursday of each month rather than on
the 3rd Wednesday. The location is the Character Training Center, 520
West Main in downtown OKC, with breakfast served at 7:15 and the
meeting starting about 7:40 a.m. The speaker this month will be State
Representative Charles Key. Charles will discuss possible legislation
for the 2011 legislative session. Also, Clark Curry can give us an
update on activities in Appleton Wisconsin as he is now serving as the
Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Birch Society and as such spends
a few days in Appleton each week. If you want to eat, a breakfast
buffet is served for $6.00 per person.

* THURSDAY EVENING - MOORE AREA - One of the oldest radio talk
shows in America is Point of View, heard daily at 1:00 p.m. on KQCV
800 AM. The program was hosted for over 30 years by Marlin Maddous,
before his passing 7 or 8 years ago. Today’s host is Kerby Anderson,
who is sponsoring a Front Line Forum at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening,
September 16th at the First Baptist Church, 301 Northeast 27th Street
in Moore. Special Guests will be State Senator Randy Brogdon and State

* SUNDAY 9-19-10 - STATEWIDE - The deadline to register for the
November 2nd general election is Friday, October 8th. Therefore, this
coming Sunday has been designated as an informal “Registration to Vote
Day” for Oklahoma churches. Please contact your pastor and see if
there will be someone sitting at a table with voter registration forms
for any unregistered members or visitors attending services. If your
pastor has not planned on such an effort, then volunteer to be that
person, it is perfectly legal. You will need to pick up some
registration forms at your county election board or perhaps a local
tag agency. Once the forms are filled out, mail them IMMEDIATELY to
the State Election Board (address will be on the form) and the people
will have their voter registration card mailed to them in a few days.
If your church is going to participate, please e-mail the name of the
church and its pastor to: keithsteincamp@sbcglobal.net.

I had a couple of e-mails over the week-end and a call on Monday
morning from Congressional Candidate, Dr. Charles Thompson (DVM), the
Republican running for the seat currently held by Dan Boren. Charles
wanted to express his profound thanks to all the people who responded
to the special e-mail I sent out about 3 weeks ago. I suggested, the
biggest change we in Oklahoma can make regarding the federal
government would be to replace Dan Boren, with a TRUE conservative
lawmaker. Charles told me a lot of money had come to the campaign as a
result of the e-mail, which would now allow him to do some things that
needed to be done.

I received a lot of e-mails from people saying his web site was down?
Charles indicated it was due to expire or be continued on the 17th of
this month, but mysteriously went down a couple of weeks ago. He
doesn’t have time to research the reason it went down but it is back
up now. If you tried to give and couldn’t here is the web-site again,
www.thompsonforok.com . State Chairman Matt Pinnell has suggested
Charles will have to get into the 6 figures on his own before the RNC
or other national conservative concerns will begin to pour resources
into this campaign. Charles is well on his way, therefore, every
dollar we contribute really helps. Again, Charles wanted me to tell
everyone thanks for all the help.

Last Tuesday’s e-mail contained information about State Representative
Sally Kern’s opponent flying out to Hollywood for a fundraiser. I also
talked about Brittany’s operation and referred to Brittany as a
“confused it”. My statements somehow made it into the GLBT (gay,
lesbian, bisexual and transgender) community with the supposed results
being some level of offence or hurt.

As such, I have received and continue to receive a lot of e-mails from
people who have identified themselves as also having had a sex change
operation. This past Sunday, Brittany called a press conference at
2:00 p.m. and I was interviewed by Channel 9 news in OKC at 4:00 p.m.
They ran it as the lead story on the 10:00 o’clock news cast. On
Monday, Michael McNutt with the Oklahoman called for a few remarks for
a story which will probably be out in today’s paper.

Sally posted on her web-site a request for her supporters not to refer
to Brittany in derogatory terms. My using the word “it” was not
intended to be derogatory, but rather an accurate definition of the
outcome of Brittany’s operation. In Brittany’s anger and rebellion
toward God for being made a man, Brittany went to an immoral or amoral
part of the medical community for an operation to be changed into a
woman. While Brittany has outward features which cause her to look
like a woman, Brittany’s body was mutilated and is now sterile. I
could have used the Biblical term “eunuch” but chose to refer to
Brittany as a “confused it” for a description of the outcome of
Brittany’s choice to have such an operation.

Is this an important issue? Absolutely, it is important to both
Brittany and Sally. When Sally first ran 6 years ago, she campaigned
as a pastor’s wife and a Christian who would uphold Christian values.
When a constituent of Sally complained about books promoting
homosexuality in the children’s section of the government libraries,
Sally tried to get them moved to an adult section, which “offended”
the homosexual community and their liberal supporters. Then Sally’s
speech expressing the danger of the homosexual agenda went viral and
made her the number one target of the homosexual community in Oklahoma
and elsewhere. So much so that Brittany, a leftist attorney, moved
into Sally’s district a little over a year ago to challenge Sally and
try to take this seat for the GLBT community.

Brittany has said that Sally doesn’t represent the values of the
district, implying that, he-she-it would. Brittany has indicated this
campaign should be about real issues, but don’t be fooled for one
minute. This is the number one issue to Brittany. The OCPAC e-mail was
the trigger Brittany was hoping for to be able to play the role of a
“victim” to the homosexual community nation wide in hopes of raising
hundreds of thousands of dollars for her campaign.

I am not very politically correct, but rather plain spoken. I would
also suggest such plain spoken language sometime brings some level of
discomfort to the politically correct crowd. They really need to get
over it. I would also suggest that any suggestions by Brittany or
other like minded people of similar circumstances, that they have
received hurt, is little more than something they have worked up in
their own minds. They are well aware, that in their quest to be
recognized as perfectly normal, that there will always be a large
segment of society who will not accept their decision to mutilate
themselves as moral or normal.

Many of the e-mails sent to me had thoughts from a rather perverted
Biblical perspective. Any solid Christian church will help and support
any person from the GLBT community who is willing to admit their
inclinations toward sexual identity is sinful and outside of God’s
truth and purposes. Being set free from the bondages of sexual sins is
often a struggle, but with God’s help and a repent heart, a person can
gain victory over such sexual sins.

Unfortunately, many do not want to come into agreement with God and
His word on the matter. Therefore they have found false prophets who
will tickle their ears and tell them that God approves of their
lifestyle and decisions. These false preachers warp and twist God’s
Word to accommodate the lifestyle and sins of people who want a
relationship with God on their terms, not on God’s terms. Even with
such rebellion, there is still hope for any of these confused and
rebellious people, even the false prophets, if they will but only come
into agreement with the truth of God’s Word and repent of their anger
and rebellion.

First, I want to say thanks for the many e-mails I received on the
question. I really was double minded, at times leaning toward burning
the book and at other times leaning toward not doing so. I ultimately
decided not to burn it, but rather to take a different course to begin
to oppose the growing Islamazation of America.

Too many Americans are asleep toward this dangerous move in our nation
and too many people who are aware have allowed themselves to be put
into a closet of silence, all because of fear. Please understand, for
some time now the culture war in our nation was between our historical
roots of private property rights, free enterprise and social values
based upon Judeo-Christian principles versus marxist socialism and a
humanist value system. However, over the past 20 years or so, a new
competitor has grown to be a real threat to our future. That of course
is Islam and its value system expressed through Shari law, which is
completely incompatible with our Constitution.

Islam has been at war with America for some time now and even the
attack on 9-11-01 still was insufficient to awaken large segments of
Americans to that reality. That is partly facilitated by our
government leaders who refused to publicly recognizing such as an
Islamic war on our nation, carried out by the radical elements of
Islam, and a liberal main stream press willing to cover up such truth
through political correctness.

It is important to understand the muslim mind. All muslims believe the
world will someday be under the control of Islam. Muslims are of two
basic mind sets. The radicals are willing to fight, kill and die right
now to bring this world domination about as quickly as possible. On
the other hand, the moderates are willing to be patient. They realize
they are reproducing at a much faster rate and they are willing to
work toward ever growing political strength.

Symbolism is very important to muslims. From the time they conquered
Jerusalem and built the 2 mosques on the temple mount, it was a sign
that Islam is superior to Judaism and Christianity. As they overran
nations and conquered through violence, death and destruction, they
would build their mosques on the sites of churches, synagogues or
places of worship of other religions. Again that sent messages to
muslims that Islam and superior and is winning.

Now to the real significance of the proposed mosque/culture center at
ground zero in New York City. If they succeed in building at that
location, it will send a message to muslims around the world that they
won this battle in the attack on America. No matter how many Islamic
terrorists have been killed in Iraq and Afganistan, it will be worth
the sacrafices to them and they believe they will eventually run us
out of those countries and continue to make advances here in America.

When pastor Jones in Florida said he would burn Korans and then backed
down under immense pressure from all sides, it was a huge victory for
muslims. Their threats of violence and demonstrations of rage worked
to prove their tactics of intimidation and bullying work and that they
are winning. That President Obama is very friendly toward Islam and
the fact that our military leaders begged pastor Jones not to burn the
Korans was a huge moral boost to radical muslims and sent a message to
many of the moderates that their goals are being achieved and the
future control of the world may be closer than they think. These kinds
of victories excite the moderates to work harder and move some of them
closer to becoming radicals.

These kinds of victories and accompanying symbolic meanings indicate
just how soft and weak the American people are. How corrupt and
deserving Americans are to be brought under the control of the
superior religion of Islam. Americans and especially many Christians
have become so tolerant as to no longer stand for anything. In too
many cases, if they have any sense of the problem at all, rather than
take a stand, we use what has become a cop-out. We say we need to pray
about that and then probably never mention it in a prayer.

Please don’t misunderstand, anything we try to do in the arm of our
flesh will be inferior to having God move through us with His power,
strength and favor. The key is getting involved. Prayer is primary,
but prayer without actions does not get the job done. For the most
part, God works through the obedient actions of His people.

I so appreciate what Randall Terry did on Saturday which was far more
effective than burning a Koran. He stood in front of the White House
and tore certain pages out of the Koran. The pages which call
Christians and Jews infidels and gives instructions to demand them to
convert, become slaves or be killed. If muslims want to be respected
as tolerant by other people they should have no problem with Mr.
Terry’s actions, and they should do the same to their own Korans.
However, it is reported that there has been a huge backlash in some
muslim countries. I believe that is a good thing as it shows that
rather than Islam being a valuable religion, it is more akin to a
mental disorder.

I have just ordered several copies of two very important books by Bill
Federer. One is titled BACKFIRED which chronicles the early days of
the settling of America when we weren’t very tolerant to today when we
tolerate almost everything. Bill has suggested this “excessive”
tolerance has backfired and is working toward our destruction. The
Koran in my library (it was given to me, I would never spend money to
buy one) I have many books and DVDs about Islam. I personally like
Bill’s book in the way it is laid out and how succinct and thorough it
is in covering the issue.

In future e-mails I will reveal ever more about Islam, it founding,
history of violence and this very important difference between the
true God, Jehovah and his plan of salvation through the Messiah
(Christ is the Greek word for the Hebrew word Messiah) Jesus verses
Allah, the false God of Islam. I recently heard someone compare the
two religions like this. Jesus died for our sins, which started
Christianity while Mohammad murdered and killed to start the religion
of Islam. Christianity is a religion of invitation and our individual
choice to accept such an invitation. Islam is a religion of
compulsion. Rather than burning a Koran, I have decided to step it up
in my opposition to Islam by practicing free speech and exposing Islam
for what it is, a very bad and dangerous religion or perhaps a mental

OCPAC endorsed Mark Costello in the primaries for the State Labor
Commissioner position. Mark went on to win the primary and now faces
the Democrat incumbent Lloyd Fields, who apparently may have a
drinking problem and sticky fingers. More about that later. In the
mean time Mark would like to have some high traffic locations for
either 2’x4’ or 4’x8’ signs. If you have such a location, please
contact the Mark Costello campaign and they will send a crew out to
properly install the sign. Contact Mark at www.MarkCostelloForLabor.com
. Again, this is a state wide race so any high traffic location in any
county in the state is desired. Lloyd Fields is a patsy for the Labor
Unions and it is really time to put a conservative like Mark Costello
in that office.

I look forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday.

Time sensitive announcements and ask a question.

Next week is Constitution Week, so starting this Sunday
morning September 12th at 10:30 a.m., Dr. Chuck Harding will start a
presentation about the Bible’s Influence on the Constitution.
Additional sessions will be at 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening, as well as
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.. The location is
Fairview Baptist Church, 1230 North Sooner Road in Edmond (the
intersection of Danforth and Sooner roads. Danforth is 1 mile North of
2nd street and Sooner is 1 block West of I-35).

Dr. Harding, an ordained Baptist evangelist, formerly served as the
Deputy Commander for the Diplomatic Security Service at the State
Department in Washington, D.C.. Now he travels the country teaching
about the Biblical influence on our Constitution and the great Faith
of our Founders which gave us a system of Civil Liberty and Religious
Liberty that ensures our freedom to propagate the Gospel. I have
previously heard Dr. Harding speak and he is truly dynamic. Everyone
is welcome, there is no charge to attend.

SECOND) A Founding Principles class was started on September 2nd and
will continue each Thursday night for a total of 6 weeks. The location
is St. John’s Lutheran Church in Moore (located at Santa Fe and NW 12
street in Moore which is located West of I-35 just 2 miles from the
North 12th street exit off of I-35). The time for these Thursday
evening meetings is from 7 to 8:00 p.m.

Much of the class will be spent using David Barton’s American Heritage
Series DVD course. Topics include such issues as the true meaning of
the separation of church and state, the faith of our founders,
economic principles in the Constitution, the role of pastors and the
Church in our nation’s founding, etc…

Now for the question: I live on a small farm which continually
requires the pruning and burning of brush. Should I use the pages of a
Koran I own to start my brush fire this Saturday, which by the way is
the 9th anniversary of September 11, 2001 attack by radical Muslims
upon the World Trade Center and the Pentagon? What to do, what to do,
I want to hear from you, hear from you? I will give an answer in next
week’s e-mail.

The extra post...

The extra post this week is about a very important issue. While
OCPAC is mostly pointed toward state issues, we are a statewide
organization and we do care about our congressional delegation. More
than likely our 4 congressional seats currently held by Republicans
will continue to be held by Republicans, with James Lankford as the
only freshman. However, the Second District seat is currently held by
Democrat Dan Boren. Dr. Charles Thompson, a veterinarian was clearly
our strongest Republican as he had a very strong margin of victory
last week in the primary run-off.

All of our Republican candidates had problems raising large sums of
money during the primary to match the huge war chest of Boren.
However, it is time to focus on Charles and make a difference. This is
a winnable seat, if Charles can raise sufficient financial support. Of
the 435 congressional districts in America, Oklahoma’s second district
gave the 5th largest percentage of vote to McCain/Palin, so the
citizens will vote for a Republican if they have reason to do so. If
Charles can raise the funds to do several direct mail pieces (it will
probably take $50,000 per mail out) he can expose Boren as a person
who supports President Obama and Speaker Pelosi about 75% of the

If Charles can raise some impressive money quickly from people in
Oklahoma, that will get the attention of the RNC and other national
concerns who may begin to see Charles as a viable candidate. Should
that occur, a great deal of resources may come to his aid, but we need
to prime the pump right now.

Here is my challenge. There are nearly 4,000 people who receive this e-
mail directly and God only knows how far it gets forwarded. If
everyone who receives this gave just $10 that would put more than
$40,000 into the campaign right away. If people gave $20 it would add
up to $80,000. I know many people can give much more, I gave Charles
$100 following the primary and am going to send him another $100. So I
am simply asking for our readers to do what they can. I believe the
maximum for a federal race for the general election is $1,200 for a
person or $2,400 for a couple. You must print and fill out the
following form to send with your check or money order to: Charles
Thompson For Congress, P.O. Box 532 Hulbert, Ok 74441, or you can log
on to www.thompsonforok.com and give on line. Thanks so much for any
help you can do.

P.S. Prior to his recent passing, Mark Shannon shared a story on his
radio program which really made a profound impression upon me. He had
been speaking at an event and was wanting to get home when a senior
citizen approached him. He tried to escape without having to talk with
the gentleman, but relented to hear him out. The fellow showed Mark a
deed to a small home he and his wife had just purchased in the second
district so they could move there and vote for the Republican
candidate to try and help defeat Dan Boren. He explained they had
taken their savings and purchased this home with the intention of
selling it after the election and moving back to the OKC area. The
gentleman explained to Mark how dangerous the socialist agenda was to
America’s future and this was just his way of trying to make a
difference. Breaking the back of the Democrat agenda is imperative and
defeating Dan Boren is the best thing Oklahomans can do to make a
difference in Washington. This man and his wife are doing their part,
I just ask that we do all we can to help by supporting Charles

Thanks for your time and attention.
