AGENDA FOR THIS WEEK’S MEETING ++ PERSONAL NOTE

Our 12 noon luncheon for Wednesday, August 31st will be held at
Italiano’s restaurant, 4801 North Lincoln in OKC. Our main speaker
this week will be a lady from Washington D.C. by the name of Lea
Carawan. Lea is the Executive Director of the Congressional Prayer
Caucus Foundation. Not only will she inform us of the activities of
the foundation, but she will also inform us of the possible activities
in the states.

In addition, I will also try to have a speaker from California at our
meeting to tell us about the recent raid on the Rawsom Food Co-
operative by government agents in a paramilitary operation. Not only
did the government agents confiscate the food inventories of the co-
op, they also confiscated their financial resources. Many Americans
are blindly passing through life unconscious of things going on around
them. They don’t realize that quite a few of the finest, liberty
loving Americans live their lives to varying degrees, off the “grid”
so to speak. It seems that drinking raw milk and buying naturally
grown foods that are produced like my grandmother used to do, is
totally unacceptable to today’s food fascists who want to control
every aspect of our lives.

++ PERSONAL NOTE

Following this year’s legislative session I have had the desire to
pull back to some degree from the pace of activism and take care of
some projects around my home and small farm. Some of these projects I
have neglected for the past 7 years because of my very busy schedule.
I have had a modicum of success in pulling back, but am now up against
some deadlines before we get to winter. The storm that came through 3
weeks ago which totaled my barn as well as took down trees and broke
many branches just added to the chores to be done. Therefore, at least
through the end of September, I will put the agenda for each week’s
meeting in the e-mails and forego “MOST” of the extra announcements
and commentary. Thanks for understanding.

I look forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday.
