Our noon luncheon for Wednesday July 22,nd will be held at Italiano’s restaurant, 4801 North Lincoln in OKC. Our main speaker will be pastor Paul Blair. Pastor Blair will be talking about this year’s Reclaiming Oklahoma for Christ seminar to be held this coming Friday evening and Saturday morning. Paul will also tell us about a recent decision to give him the responsibility for Reclaiming America for Christ, an organization which used to be operated by Dr. D. James Kennedy prior to his recent passing. In addition I have asked Paul to invite any of the pastors who accompanied him to Washington D.C. for a meeting with the Family Policy Council, headed by Dr. Gary Bauer. I know pastor Clarkson of the large Baptist Church in Moore and pastor Dan Fisher of Trinity Baptist in Yukon attended as well as a few more pastors. We will give any of them who attended some time to share their perspective.

TULSA AREA Just a reminder, I will be speaking Monday evening to

the Six O’clock Republican Women’s club about the inner workings of OCPAC as well as the substance of the John Birch Society. Folks gather around 6 for dinner with the meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. The location is Cowboy Sharkies, 5840 South Memorial in Tulsa. Both men and women guests are welcome. CENTRAL OKLAHOMA This Tuesday evening Bob Donohoo will be

conducting a meeting titled: Introduction to Activism through the John Brich Society. The time will be 7:00 p.m. The location is the Moore Public Library, 225 South Harvard in Moore. This will be a great opportunity to find out what the Society is all about from an excellent communicator rather than a detractor. I have no problem with people reading what our detractors say about us as long as they give us a chance to explain and answer any questions about what the Society is really about. I urge folks interested in checking out an effective organization to attend this meeting and decide for themselves.

EDMOND AREA The 4th Annual Reclaiming Oklahoma for Christ seminar

will be this Friday, July 24th from 6 until 10:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, July 25th from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The location for the 4th year in a row is the Hardeman Auditorium in the Garvey Center on the Campus of Oklahoma Christian University on Memorial Road about half way between the Broadway Extension and I-35. There will be 4 speakers this year and they are:

Janet Folger Porter, author of THE CRIMINALIZATION OF CHRISTIANITY.

Mrs. Porter also hosts a live daily radio program and is the President and Founder of Faith2Action.

Dr. John Morris is a renowned geologist, scientist and author. Dr.

Morris is the President of the Institute of Creation Research.

Lt. General (retired) Jerry Boykin, one of the original members of the US Army’s Delta Force. He was chronicled in the film “Black Hawk Down.” General Boykin is also well versed in the dangers of radical Islam.

Peter LaBarbera, President of Americans For Truth about Homosexuality.

This is an organization dedicated to exposing the agenda of the radical homosexual community.

The purpose of these seminars are to educate our pastors, legislators, educators, students and all citizens as to the truth about America’s Christian Heritage and the role of fundamental, Biblical Christianity in the establishment and function of our legal, legislative and educational systems; and to work towards the successful re- establishment of these values in our society today.

There is no charge to attend. I highly urge everyone to attend this important seminar if at all possible.

I am visiting friends in Colorado as I write this so I am going to keep it short. Hope to see as many folks as possible at all of these events this coming week.
